Tripping Tilda

I hope you are all good and enjoying your weekend so far or is that Sunday feeling beginning to kick in???? :D

Today to share is a card for two DT Challenges.

Firstly we have MDUC which is our very beautiful Camilla H's Choice-Your favourite things and then we have the Ribbon Girls Challenge which is Lace

My favourite things are Distress Reinkers, Tildas and Dies so it was an easy one for me:D

I LOVE the new DooHickey Orchid Die

Here Ive also used new DooHickey Fruit Tree along with the fence.

Ive used gorgeous Tripping Tilda from the Special Moments Collection painted with Distress Reinkers

A Very Special Delivery

Hiya

Hope you are all ok :D

We have a very special challenge this week over at MDUC for our very own ♥Camilla♥. 

Camilla doesnt know about this so it will be a lovely surprise for her too..:D

 

Camilla's baby boy is due any day now just like our own Princess Kate, so we are all quite excited for another MDUC baby :D

 

I think I only have one baby boy Magnolia stamp and wanted to come up with something different..

So as soon as I saw this new Edwin from the Sea Breeze Collection I knew he would fit perfectly in the bath.

I painted him with Distress Reinkers

Papers are Pion

Dies are Doo-Hickey flags and Tildas tag

Also from the Ribbon Girls  I used 100mm Camilla Ivory Flat Lace, Vintage Blue Fluted Edge Sheer Ribbon, Cheesecloth and Astrid Cream Tulip Lace

Summer Breeze Collection 2013

 Hi There

I hope you are all enjoying the heat wave we are having in the UK at the moment!!
Its just gorgeous.

There's a new challenge over at the Ribbon Girls  and this week we want to see a BOW

 For my card Ive used one of the new Tilda's from my clubkit (Sorry I don't know her name yet). I masked her with Sea Background Through Porthole from the 2010 Von Boyage Collection

 Oh and the map which was also part of the clubkit.

I painted with DI Reinkers

Papers are also Magnolia from the Bon Voyage Collection

I used

Seam Binding, Ivory Resin Dove Flat back, Cheesecloth, Red Velvet Lace, Starburst Stamen Burgandy, Beaded Berries and Rolled paper Roses Ruby Red

Dies used are Sizzix On the edge and Doo-Hickey Tilda's Tag and Flags

Summer BreezeCollection 2013

 OOooo Exciting

My new Magnolia club kit arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to play.♥. 

 

Here is the Summer Breeze Collection 2013

They all match perfectly with the previous Summer Backgrounds.

 

 Tilda I have painted with DI Re-Inkers. Ive used quite a lot of Frantage and Fragments on this card especially for the Sand and Sea to give a little more dimension and texture.

 

 I think it was midnight when I closed my craft room door!!!Whoops...I daren't go back in to see the mess Ive made.. I somehow manage to get Frantage all over my bed!!! ha ha

I did feel like I woke up on a beach this morning myself!!  ha ha;D

 Love these tiny shells I collected from a beach in Scotland. I knew they would be useful.

 The 'Aloha' charm was appropriate too.

Wedding Tilda

Hope you are all well today :D

Today to share is a card Ive made for two challenge DT's.

First is MDUC where the challenge is Louise's Choice Flower Power

and the

Ribbon Girls June Magnolia Challenge-use 2 backing papers

 



I really loved painting this image Wedding Tilda . Again I gave her a sepia look.

Papers used were Pion Design



 

I made this for a girl at work who is flying out to Cyprus today to get married..

 

For the tag I used white seam binding which I stained with DI's..I used Cheesecloth, Emily Embroidered Tulle Lace, Resin Cameo Frame Flatback, Oval White Pearl Beaded String, Cordelia Ivory Fine Vintage Style Lace and Kort & Godt Beaded Ivory Berries.



Dies used were Marianne-English Rose

Sizzix -Butterflight

DooHickey Heart Tag and Rose Leaf

Vintage corners I made.

 

Don't forget my candy is still going HERE.. There's a few days left yet :D
