Sepia Time at MDUC

Its the Design team choice over at MDUC this week and to start with its my choice !! YAyy :D
and I chose Sepia
and the girls have rocked it over there as always.
I started with the no lines technique, but now its finished you cant tell because I always end up shading the lines back in!!ha ha
I then embossed with clear ultra thick and cracked a little to age.
I used Tilda With Cross Necklace (but left out the cross)
The wooden heart I painted with Gesso and added a few of my favourite shabby elements.
The shabbied frame is from the Ribbon Girls along with the lace and Seam Binding.
I have a little tutorial on how I Shabby Debbie dooo'd! this HERE

Magnolia Vintage Angels

 Hiya :D
I hope you are all well and enjoying your weekend :D
A couple of weeks ago the Magnolia DT received these beautiful Vintage Angels from Magnolia.
Once again, me being me, just had to age them and make them into Shabby Vintage Angels.
This is what I did.

I painted each one with Gesso. Once dried I aged with Distress Inks. This time I used Pumice Stone so they would look more like a statues.
I have a tutorial on my main BLOG how I did this.
For some reason the picture makes them look grey, but they are white.
Once dried I rubbed slightly so that the colour underneath would show through. The white Angel I brushed with gold.
Really loving these now :D

I'm not sure if they are available yet in the UK , but they are available at the Magnolia Store and Im certain you will LOVE them..

Bye for now

Mini Tilda With Prince froggy

Another Challenge over at MDUC has just begun and this week its
Bling It Baby !

Once again I was running very late and just made it in time for the Challenge.
I was in such a rush  my only option was to use a Mini World Tilda. These are so very useful when you don't have much time,
My gift bag is also very small. Perfect to fit in a Pandora Charm box Ladies :D..Ive never seen gift bags as small as these before. I got these from Hobbycraft.

Ives used Mini Tilda With Prince Froggy from Once Upon a Time Collection 2013.
Hope you join in this week at MDUCand cant wait to see what you do :D
